Here's this week track. Enjoy!
Track length 2:48
kinda sounds like "The Changeling" from the Door's LA Woman album.
271, Thanks for this classic blues track. It sounds a little like Shotgun, I love these blues standards, let's have a go at all of them? A Rhumba Blues would be lots of classic fun. Thanks much 2 you.
C7 Blues Chicago Shuffle
I'm sitting here and your playing made me grimace a guitar face, this is one of your good ones.
I love Albert Collins! As close as I could get to his tone with an LP. Agile LP bridge pickup (an amazingly good Guitar Fetish Vintage '59).
Absolutely, good call
@ASATKat - Wonderful throaty blues tone. It has some San Francisco psychedelic qualities. Big Brother playing the blues. Nice out of the box notes too!
@Mjark - Also great tone! The licks are very fitting and nice. Lovely big bends.
@fendrguitplayr - That sounds more like an Albert King tone than AC, but very cool!
Hot dang you guys are fast!!
Here's my... whatever this is...
Thanks for the track...
Thanks, that was a fun start on the weekend
Cool takes from everybody!
I'm using a 335 and I didn't really try to but like @guitarsophist I think I kinda went a bit Albert Collins on this one.
Thanks, was real fun to play!
I went Jekyll and Hyde mode or whatever, so two takes today
Now, some breakfast..
I hear Mr Collin's influence & tone. Real nice sting.
Seriously sick playing, is that your 335 in the picture?
What's your rig?
Here we go !This was a fun one to play over ...Did a couple of dry practice runs . Here is my first and only recorded Take ..
all the best,
In the spirit of Albert Collins I used a capo on the 6th fret. I don't think it helped much for my playing, maybe I should've worn my guitar strap on the wrong shoulder for more mojo.
Going to eat some breakfast before I listen to your tracks
