Backing Track Challenge - 265 Rock

    Don't know if it's just me, but I often find it surprisingly difficult to improvise convincingly over progressions based on pure major chords in a rock, fusion or jazz setting. It can very easily start sounding a bit dorky.

    Speaking for myself, when faced with a track like this, the Dickey Betts licks tend to start coming out :oops: Or Metheny and Mike Stern if it's jazz or fusion...

If you open your song in sound cloud there's a share icon. It'll give a short link -Soundclound/user name/ title which will automatically embed here.
