Pretty cool. I for one will use this to practice some ideas I’ve had for soloing. Thanks.

It turned out to be a little rough. Hope you enjoy though.

I'm glad you've gone first, Ullrich! My attempt at it, through a Yamaha THR 100 HD using an emulation cab out and an American Pro Tele.

udoering Love that crunchy tone and the fast runs. Sweet rock phrasing all through, Ullrich!

@Mellencaster : solid rock tone and playing. Like it epecially at 2:00 ff, where it gets a little southern flavour.

This backing is a pastiche of ZZ Top, something I've never really been able to play well. This is what I got.

Mjark Sweet take and phrasing, Mark. I liked how you harmonized with the track guitar
alainvey Modulation and tone are spot on. Crazy fast lines are almost Joe Perry like and sound very good!
fendrguitplayr Classic rock tone and phrasing.Very nice, Mike!

My sister passed away after a long illness 2 days ago. I was not sure to post this week but I feel better when I keep my brain busy at doing usual things. I hope it makes sense.

So here's my take with my modded MIJ Strat

JCL50 Lovely track with singing lines and a very good rock sound.

Sorry for your loss and my condolences to you and your family JC and yes, it does make sense to me

Just terrible news, I'm so sorry for you and your family, my condolences.

Very nice emotive solo, and your tone is riding the edge of harmonic breakup. 1+

    - Not so rough, great tone as well.

    - You're playing powerfully.

@alainvey - Interesting use of the filter to get some contrast with the backing. It works really well. You didn't have to try and overpower it like I did. Really nice stuff on the quite part.

    - Lovely big bends and smears/rakes.

    - Heartfelt and soaring.
