I like the bio freeze 16% (actually a generic) spray.

Voltaren is good - if you don’t need to take oral ibuprofen .

And Voltarin gel and Bio-Freeze gel.I mix them in a roll on container to put it on my back.Maybe put some CBD in for a change.
