winter plan on mornings like this... soon as I get up, after 8AM, open all the doors and windows, ceiling fan on to move all the cold air out... .....put the pot of boiled eggs on for some humidity, put the jug on for a cup of tea, .....

If it wasn't enough to listen to the pro Blues commentary on TV... geez..
all the 6 agains and penalties the blues got was a bit average, too... without those they would have got wiped by 20....
Blues are always the best team on paper.... Qld with all the new guys/coach don't stand a chance... every year...
until the whistle blows and the football starts.... and the qld new guys have blinders..
the southern press is full of it.... with eggs on their faces.. Ha ha...

I remember a ride up that way where we rode through sleet/hail/rain.... my buddy only had an open face.. he had to pull over and sit there until it passed... I had a full face on and rode through it and waited up the road under a garage awning for old mate who wasn't too happy when he got there...

though 90mins and extra time with no goals isn't going to get many new fans.... tough going/watching.
the penalty shoot out lottery..geez ,,just have it at the start and forget all the running around...
Though, better to be in, than out. it puts us on a world stage. Some better teams missed out, like Italy....
Kick a few shins for me, lads.. and practice your goal shooting...
