I have an Area T neck pickup and an Area Hot T bridge inbound. Do these pickups benefit from a treble bleed circuit and if so which one?

IMO, they behave much like SC pickups, but are noiseless, so they will also respond well to a treble bleed circuit, if you want to retain treble when you turn volume down. I like the Gibson wiring, no parts needed, just move one wire, and easily reversible.

    For what it's worth:
When doing a treble bleed/volume kit network on my Area Hot T/Area T equipped guitar(s), I've gotten great results using one of the many standard value sets:
100k resistor in parallel with .002 uF capacitor.
I've done this on several, including a gift for a friend; worked out great.

On the diagram, just move the red wire on the volume pot over to the middle lug, that's it.

I have these very pickups in my 2011 Fender American Special Tele with treble bleed. Sounds really good!
