I like the price and the ease of installation. The pots are are smooth and noise free. I put a LP jr harness in my American Standard Telecaster. No neck pickup, no switch. With a LilPuncher xl, it is a real LPjr Killer!

Just wondering if the kwik plug set up has any downside. The pots a 500k Jinsung, and since there is no switch, that is not an issue. Are Kwikplug setups known to be tone suckers? Sounds good to me and does not feel cheap at all. The hot lil puncher needs to be turned way down to get clean tones, but then you have a ton of drive available at your finger tips!

I've been very curious too, also will the connection become oxidized over time and cause problems? To me solder seems best for longevity but maybe this will be fine too?

I have had the kwikplug set up for a few years in my Esquire’d tele. Pots are smooth and noiseless. The plugs are gold plated and show no signs of corrosion. Some of the harnesses look like the switches are cheap, but I have an LP jr harness , no switch. I am still looking for a reason not to like it, but have not found one yet. It does sound a little dark for a tele, but I have a 15k humbucker in it🥹

I thought that it was a dorky gimmick, but it made switching from a Dream 90 to a Mean 90 super easy in my single pickup Esquire-y Jr-ish thing.
