Anyone Use or Experience the Antelope Discrete 4 Synergy Core Interface

They are running a deal that includes a "Free" Edge Mic. For the same price as just the Interface, $999 Antelope is including their Edge MIC with emulations. The Mic is supposed to be top notch on its own.

I am/was ready to pull the trigger on the iD22 (Audient) for $499. Oh, this thread is about buying a new Interface.

If I went with the Audient I would have budget left for a decent Mic (this can be a pro or a con). I think the Edge Mic would probably be better that anything I could get for $400 or $500, but it robs me of the adventure of trying and shopping for a Mic.

If I went with the Antelope D4SC I would be done window shopping and looking at gear porn? I would have no more excuse and should spend more time actually making music. I waste way too much time window shopping!!

So what are your thoughts? Audient iD22 Plus new Mic? Or Antelope D4SC and make some music Now!

Byw, I just bought a Neat Worker Bee Mic for $89 and man on man this thing is CLEAN QUITE! I wish I would have bough some of the King Bees for $139 B4 they ran out. If anyone is looking for a Mid+ (to High?) Performance Mic at a low budget price do yourself a favor - buy a Worker Bee. But save some for me. I might stock up on 4 or 5 of them.
