Ok home sick from my hospital experience. Watching car shows for gear head knuckle draggers. I'm seeing adds for a Letgo.com. Any one use it or tried it? Looks like Craig's list in an app.

I looked at it the other day, there is nothing listed for anywhere close to me. Not sure it's ready for prime time yet.

I have it. My impression-it stinks. I see used sneakers, silverware, pots and pans, old iPhone cases, etc. you get the idea. Lots of junk. Only goes by the most recent posting, and no description of item at all. So you gotta scroll through everything. No search function either. Not a fan

We have some local trading post on FB here. Every once and you will see something cool. But mostly it's crap. I downloaded the Let Go app. It is just like the trading post on FB. Who wants to buy a used bikini or a worn out pair shoes for $3, local pickup? Lol!

You can actually get a lot more than $3 for this items if you sell them to the right pervert.

Look up reviews of wallapop. Not good. I listed a bunch of furniture and got 99℅ scam emails... What's worse is that it's local...they know where you are.

In theory, it would be great way to get rid of stuff and maybe make a few bucks. Again, in theory. I stand by my earlier comments that, as it is, it's bogus. Sometimes I laugh. Like when they're trying to sell an item but don't even bother moving the stuff around it out of the way, or presenting the item in a more desirable way. Sometimes the grubby old work boots for $20 look like they just walked in from the barn and kicked them off in the corner, cow crap and all. Or the ski poles in closet with closet heaping full of toys

yeah i've looked into it, but mostly found JUNK for sale. Wish it were more useful, as it's a better user experience than Craigslist for sure. Oh well.

I thought Letgo was some kind of penetrating oil.
