Not only is that a total of 42lbs it marks the first time in over a decade I've been under 250. I'm feeling pretty good this morning. :)

    3/1/11: 235.0 lbs (start)
    1/5/12: 190.0 lbs (milestone 1, hit 190)
    5/17/12:174.0 lbs (milestone 2, hit 175)
    9/20/12: 169.5 lbs (milestone 3, break 170)
    Last week: 172.0 lbs
    Today: 169.5 lbs

    lost - 65.5 lbs

Finally, another milestone!!! This one has been a long time coming, but I cannot even remember the last time I was under 170. I just went back to eating "right", and bang off the weight came. Not real fast, it took a few weeks. My plan is to level out in the mid 160s.

Well done! Feels great to be light on the feet doesn't it.

Another congratulations! I think if you stick with the plan you make progress.

Mine was 80.2 kg this morning down 0.2kg from this morning. Weight has been all over the shop the last month when I got the flu, then digestive upset from anti-biotics. But still on track for around 80.0 kg by end of September. Goal is 78kg.

Just checking in. 79.7 kg this morning, so hopefully on the down again. 80.2 last week, 1.7 kg to go until my goal of 78 kg (~172 lbs).

As suspected going to a wedding last weekend, there is no change this week, holding steady at 202.

80.2 kg, so up again. I seem to be on a plateau. Time to look at the calorie intake again (weight watchers points).

I have been doing Herbalife shake mix since June 1st. I weighed 332 that day. Tried to stay loyal to it. I am not into the marketing cult, but friends are successful at it and get me my shake mix and vitamens for cost. Here I am at the end of 4 months. I weighed 314 on October 1st. So heading into my 5th month I am doing ok with some honest weight loss.
I have not had enough physical activity because my right knee has been giving me trouble. And while I do not patronize McD's or other fast food, I do love ice cream and other stuff I probably should not eat. However, I do have much better restraint on what I eat. I generally mix 2 scoops of the shake mix with a dollop of vanilla yogurt and skim milk. It eases the stomach distress my blood pressure medication had given me in the past. I would like to get to 275 realistically, maybe 250, but I am a pretty big boned guy so getting below 250 is probably not gonna happen. If I would go swim and work out on weights, I could probably look better.

I avoided this thread all day. I did not wanna see it. I am up 1.5 lbs. I guess it had to happen. I generally waiver around, but I just hate to post it. I always try to make sure I'm on the down side on Thursday. I missed it this week.

    Another 2lbs off...
200 lbs now. Another 4 lbs to my 1st goal which is dropping below 14 st.
I'm at the awkward stage where I have to wear a belt making my trousers look like sacks round my waist, but I don't yet want to buy new ones as hopefully I'll be getting smaller...

Well, time to get back on track. I've just recorded my first sub-79 kg weight. 78.4 kg. That's over 15 kg lost since the beginning of the year. On track still for 78 kg by the year's end.

Good week to bring this thread back. I had been wondering around just above 170, but had a good week. Funny because since the time changed I have not been able to do my after work bicycle ride. I have been buried in my music room working on songs, and that keeps me from raiding the fridge.

I haven't been keeping up with this thread, but for the last 4 weeks, I have been cutting carbs and sugar. The result...I can once again wear my 34" jeans with comfort...no overhang. It was tough, but the fat always comes off when I cut carbs and sugar.

    1st week = tuna fish 3 times a day.
2nd week = tuna fish 2 times a day and hard boiled eggs 1 time a day.
3rd week = hard boiled eggs 3 times a day.
4th week = hard boiled eggs, tuna fish, and low carb shakes at will.

On the following weeks, I will start to add in veggies.
