    Today marks a milestone for me. I'm weighing in at 259 lbs which is exactly 30 lbs lighter that I was on Jan 1st of this year.

    I've been shooting for the 250's and although I'll probably hover a little bit before really breaking through, today was encouraging!

    Well even though I am dismayed at my lack of progress I will post. Started at 225, got down to 202, now sit at 208 for weeks now. I have stopped planning meals and that is the difference I fear.

    lost - 62.25 lbs

    I've been holding steady, for a few weeks, but I managed to whittle off almost a whole other pound. Now to keep it off.

    82.3 kg this am, so just slightly up on last week. I had that 82 kg goal in my sights but it just slipped away there!

    Hmmm, kinda been slow and steady, for the last few weeks. I don't think I'll be doing the bike ride tonight. We are expecting another record setting 112+ degree day. I could handle 104, but once it gets up to 108 and up, I feel it.

    I always lose a significant amount of weight really fast when I control my eating and work out or jog everyday ( I only take Sundays off). My body has an affinity for retaining water and I lose a lot of water weight first.. Then I hit the wall and have to work really hard to make any gains. I have had to adjust the time of my workouts due to the sweltering Texas heat if I am not at the fire station (indoor weight room).

    Have been hovering just under the 200 mark for some time now. My next push is to break 195, and that will not be till September, I think. Holding steady till then, hopefully.

    81.7 kg this morning.... Goooooaaaaalllllll!

    Back in January, my weight was 93.5, and my goal was 82 kg. SO i've lost 11.8 kg. But, my goal has now shifted. I'm still carrying some flab, so I need to go down to 78kg. At this rate, that will take another four months. I've added regular exercise as well as diet, but I think I need to start doing some weights; either that or cut down even more on the calories.

    too many beers this week i think but at least i maintained my weight.
