Weighed in at 260 on the dot this morning. That's 29 lbs down from my start weight at 289 on Jan 1. I'm looking forward to the 250's and then who knows? My goal was 250 which I carry pretty well at 6'4" I had stalled but I lost the last 13 lbs on a plan called Naturally Slim. It's not a diet, but it does help you consider how, when, and why you eat in a way that has lead to some revelations for me.
