People have a life outside of their jobs. Sorry it did not work out for you.

I'm aware of that. I'm a social worker. My non-work life is important to me, and it's up to all of us to maintain a reasonable work-life balance. If I made very specific promises to someone while taking their money however, I would probably hold off on posting beach pix until I caught up.

I'm getting the Hot Bakelite set. I am curious about the A3 magnet Bakelite bridge pickup. I think the wait time for the most part is he only makes so many pickups a day/week.

I can wait,Budz has been so good to me I use some of his pickups. His Dano set is really good. Great guy too. I know I will have another Tele or two so both sets will be used.

Btw how is that Road Worn treating you?
Is it now possible to order a Budz Dano set?

Don't post pictures on your day off?

I’d love to hear the specs on that set! (And how you ordered them). I’ve got a Clarence tribute that could use a Mare touch I think he calls the neck pup a Stelly, I guess with a little Strat vibe, as Clarence used a custom wound Strat in the neck. But it's been twenty years since I got them so I have no idea what the specs are or if he would even wind them again. If you can possibly talk to him he might oblige, or if not him maybe another pup builder

@Wyatt did you install them yet?!

I have no current builds for them, so they'll sit on the shelf for a while. My Spring/Summer project is going through my '50s-'70s guitars and restoring them. Hopefully, I'll start something new this Fall.

Any word on yours?

No, but I started a different project to keep my mind off of them!

Just a PSA post.

As I mentioned somewhere above, My upcoming order was placed 5/24/22 and I just received an email from Don that I am in batch 191 which is scheduled to be completely shipped by April 18.

Im now allowing myself to get excited. LOL!

I got the much anticipated email from Don yesterday, my pickups will be here 4/10.

I never even got an email that mine had shipped, I just saw the incoming package on my USPS Informed Delivery.

(I should note than Don has replied to every email I sent him, but we never discussed the status of my PUs).
