    Hey!

I wanted to make a forum just asking if anyone has any really cool guitars. I am a big collector so wanted to share some of my items too. I own one of Bruce Springsteen's stage used guitars, I own a Paul Stanley guitar and a Tom Petty guitar. Do you guys got anything cool?

    Lets see!

I once owned a Gibson Les Paul Custom that was rumored to belong to Paul Kossoff that he had given to someone as a gift for saving him from drowning in the ocean while he was visiting the west coast.

I have a drum brush from a show I went to. I can't remember which show. It has torn purple rubber on it.

    Pretty sure it's priceless.

I used to own a Thinline telecaster (frankentele) purportedly once owned by Jesse Valenzuela of the Gin Blossoms. I liked the guitar, but never really played it enough. And, being a Thinline, it sounded thin. So I sold it. Now the rest of my teles are just touched by my own celebrity (in my mind, lolzzzz).

Closest I've come was being able to gig with a '60 Strat once owned by Gregg Allman. Guitar belonged to one of the other band members.

I bought a G&L s-500 from Joseph Billingiere. He was an actor, stunt man, author, radio host and martial arts expert.

    Um pictures please!!

I just let one of The Reverend’s instruments slip through my fingers about a month ago. I feel like it was sold out from under me but I guess when then the money wasn’t on the table yet, it can’t be labeled as unfair, just poor negotiation. Aside from that, the closest thing I’ve got is the personal Tone King Falcon of Mark Bartel, the founder of the Tone King brand. He did a fun blue sparkle Naugahyde covering on it with silver piping, reminiscent of Kustom. upload_2020-1-8_21-46-6.png

I have a Squier strat that was signed by Jude somebody back around 97-98 that I won in a contest. I barely knew who he was back then, and have no clue now. He signed the pickguard, evidently with a water based marker, because it rubbed off really quickly. Oh well.

I used to have a Gibson EB-0 bass that was once owned by a guy who played in a band with Bruce Springsteen in high school.

I have a Boss DS-1. The guy at the pawn shop said it was used by Kurt Cobain. Maybe I misunderstood, since I got it so cheap.
