Anyone know anything about Earl Slick's Peavey T-type?

I haven't thought about this in years - I vaguely recall an interview with Slick from around 2000-ish where he talks about working with Peavey on a signature guitar, but the guitar was never produced beyond a couple of prototypes. I had a big backlog of Guitar Player and Guitar World magazines that I purged down in 2010 to issues I wanted to keep; unfortunately the issue with the Slick interview was one that I purged out.

But I commented about these guitars on an old post on the Gear Page from 2011, and someone else on that old thread linked to this article that mentions the Peavey guitars.
