This guy/gal/kid is a troll!
Check the previous posts. Asking these same questions here and in the amp forum is ridiculous.
I'm a pretty easy going guy, but this cat........
Eh? That link you posted for proof isn't working. But I just went to look at his previous posts... I don't see anything trolly. I didn't look that hard... but you know... seems safe. And even if he's not trolling, maybe someone might have the same question.
My answer: Ray Davies (formerly of The Kinks) does.
Some proof - link is dead my good man.
To the OP - I don't know any famous musicians at all. All my friends are dropouts and metalheads. Sorry.
I keep trying to tell you all......
Springsteen has a bunch as well as CS Broadcasters, 12 string Teles and 60's reissues
David Gilmour uses them quite often. He used a couple of the Pulse tour and another quite recently on Jools Holland's Later show.
Dave Edmunds played one at Expo '92 in Seville.
Ted Greene had a bunch of 'em.
Graham Coxon from Blur played 'em.
I read on here once that Springsteen has a collection of '52RI necks and bodies (not sure if it's true).
Most REALLY famous pickers have the REAL DEAL!
With respect, the only person the OP seems to be aggravating is you. Yeah he asks a lot of repetitive questions, but this is a forum dedicated to telecaster discussion, so the topics in general are pretty repetitive. He doesn't appear to be rude to anybody, correct me if I am missing something. Perhaps just try to avoid his threads if they bother you so much.
Not really sure what that means, or why you have photos of the rock saved on your computer
I used to....and WaylonFan does too.
Are we famous enough?
I use one too and almost recorded an album on one.
Doesn't Billy Kirchen use/used one?
That Jeff Beck tele looks too blonde/yellow to be a '52ri.
Getting ready to gig with mine Saturday.
So, are we ?
I think so. I do miss my 52 though.
