I'm looking to buy something from them and also donate a piece of gear, but I'd like to hear of others experience if you've worked with them in the past.

I've helped them some in the past, but it was very disorganized. They had a site that said Dean guitar will donate one to g4v if you buy one.I called and called, talked to a bunch of confused people who didn't know anything.Got the VP of Dean on the phone, and he didn't even know about it.I finally brought a Epi LP Jr and an amp,an acoustic, and a bass and amp to the Denver Vets hospital. They didn't have any electric guitars here at the Denver Vets hospital, they were teaching guys classical guitar.I hope they got it together. It's a great idea. The guitars that you donate to g4v goes anywhere they need it.I wanted to help locally so I went to the hospital.I donate more guitars to kids now.
