I bought two last year and I can't get myself to buy another, even if I have some pickups that need a guitar badly.

I have enough problems convincing myself to buy one.

    I lasted 3 days!
    Gibson 1930s L-1, 5 star dealer run.
    Apparently only 16 made.
Did sell a guitar, and my Princeton and have a Martin Jeff Tweedy for sale.

So had to replace Princeton with an Swart Atomic Jr. at a killer price. 3 days til she lands. Did grab the Night Lite too.

I tried this for 2019...lasted until June which I was actually pretty proud of.

This year I GUARANTEE I won't buy any guitars. I switched to drums :p;)

I have all the guitars I need. Until I saw the Inspired by Gibson Epiphones. Can’t say I won’t cave if I run across a LP Special or the Firebird....

I am waiting for delivery of a 75 Guild CE-100, so no. I probably should stop though some habits are hard to break.

Nothing planned. The new American Custom Tele could change that!

I've vowed not to buy another guitar this year.
But...if I buy a few parts each month, I could build a guitar by Xmas.
That's not the same as buying a guitar!
    Is it?

    I'm still holding firm, though a Godin SD24 @ $120 tempted me

This is just an update, but, I know I won't buy any guitars this year. Gonna finish building one soon, and after that I'm planning to just tune up the ones I got; there are plenty of little projects lying around.

Just bought an amp head, and gotta get/make a cab, and that'll be my gear purchases for 2020.

not vowed, but decided to not buy a new guitar ever, and if, than a second hand that needs serious fixing as a project for re use saving raw materials

after a long travel in guitarland i came to the point that all that i need is almost in every guitar with sometimes some adjustment.
guitars for playing and not because i want to have/own them.

nature is struggling hard to survive, our lungs are burning away in parts off the world ore get chainsawed for cheap guitars and i decided i did not want to take part in that.
re use, recycle, that is what i am aiming at.

I brought in four last year, sold four, and gave away two others. Not planning on buying anything right now, I'm pretty much all set.

    However...

There is one that's been hovering out on the horizon for a while, and if it comes through it's a get I will not be able to pass up.

Gotta stay hush-hush on it, because I don't wanna jinx it. If it arrives on my doorstep you'll all know. :)
