Thinking of doing this because I can’t really justify paying to have my Bullet re fretted.

    Any issues ?

I know far more about Strats, but the general consensus is that *most* Fender necks fit *most* Squier bodies. Perhaps ask the tech you have in mind for doing the installation and set-up. Yeah, I get it--its 4 screws. But I still plan on my tech guy to do the installation and set-up when I swap necks on my #1 Strat. Good guitars are worth it.

should fit. Fender replacement necks are marketed to replace Fender or Squier necks. Technically That is the only legal way for a Squier guitar to say Fender on the headstock.

However it will not feel the same. Squier necks are slightly different. Also there are thousands of Squier guitars used on the market that have hardly been used to get a donor neck from.

I have not done the exact bullet/Fender you are, but have done builds w Squier bodies and fender necks (have also put Squier neck on a Fender USA body) — should be a good fit

Some Bullet bodies are thinner than American, Mexican, and Japanese bodies.

The tele in my sig is a squier standard body with a fender neck. No issues with fitting at all.

I have a bullet strat and the neck pocket is wider than a standard strat. Might just be the body I have though, not sure if they're all that way.

I'd check the pocket depth against the neck heel. Or is the Fender neck the same depth as the bullet neck?
