    Hi.

    Like others it seems, I prefer the live stuff mostly.

    I think Million Miles Away may be my fav., but it's a tough call.

    This TV clip is the first time I every heard of Rory Gallagher - it played one night during my teenage years, on one of New Zealand's two music programmes (the non top-10 one). I was blown away - wild stuff for this wee country lad.

    That's Rory playing his Tele in my avatar.

    Like others here, I prefer his live work. I think that's where he really shined. Nobody could play an audience like him. And his trio was amazingly tight. So he had many, many great shows.

    Also, I can't pick a single song as a favorite. Irish Tour was, IMO, the best live album by anyone, ever.

    Box of frogs is one of my all time favorites with Rory on tracks 5&7 ( the first album)
    basicly all surviving menbers of the yardbirds with jeff Beck and Rory Gallagher










    you can never get too much of Rory! Dang that boy had talent!
