    Hi
I read the postmodern tele. the neck radius seems a good neck for shred.
And it has vintage style. I luv vintage type tele. Now i using 52 reissue. Maybe if i has enough fund, i would like to get the customshop tele.
I like bigger neck but not so big

    Anybody has experience with it.

That fretboard wear, though... How often do you play that D# at the first fret of the D string??

I bought the NOS (non-relic). It’s the best guitar I have ever held. Not just bought, but the best guitar I’ve ever held in my hands, and I’ve held a Lot of Telecasters in the 50 years I’ve been on this earth.

I bought my son a Postmodern Journeyman 63 Double Bound Tele.

It has an awsome neck. Is it a shred neck ? Compared to anything based of a 52', probably yes.

We have a few Core PRS'z, Flaxwood Aija, Jim Root Tele, Parker P44Pro that are all more shred worthy but atm he's unsing the Journeyman Tele almost exclusively.
And while he's not a shredder per se, he plays a bit of Muse, Dorje & Periphery, he has a Holcombe PRS.

Give one a try if you can. Great guitars.

Not exactly the same guitar, but it's a Wildwood "10" Postmodern Tele. It's got a constant 10" radius board instead of the compound radius on the standard Postmodern. Handwound Twisted pickups. The bridge is pretty hot while the neck is very Strat like. It's a phenomenal guitar. The best I've owned in 42 years. Tele6.jpeg Tele5.jpeg
