If it sounds and plays good, that’s ok.
If it doesn’t, then you have an interesting wall-hanger.
The most bizarre headstock configuration I've ever seen
I’m no expert, but that definitely looks like somebody made it in their workshop at home. The shape is too original to have over drilled tuner holes from the factory. Check out the joint at the neck and headstock too. Is it screwed together? The other imperfections tell too, like the routing at the top on the back of the body. Props to whoever made it for originality!

sort of combines guitar with dulcimer like features. Looks like it belongs in this scene:

That is without a doubt, some kind of home-built abomination, made by someone who knows nothing about guitar design or construction. Is that neck plywood, cut on the flat?
Maybe a Salvador Dali custom?
