    Yes. Often have YouTube on auto play and way back these compilations showed up, some are quite good. Gave me a few names to follow up on...

    I saw him live at the Ruby Gulch (a local bar with a small stage at 4th and Green Street in champaign, Illinois. Long gone), circa 1973 a couple of times from about 5 feet away.

    He actually went by Jimmy "FastFingers" Dawkins.

    AND HE COULD PLAY!

    Yes, I'm a fan. I like his tone. It's similar to a lot of the Chicago guys from that era. I don't think his playing rivals Magic Sam or anything but I have some of his stuff. He played with Big Voice Odom some, great voice, good stuff.
