I did a few searches, but little info is still valid--people stop making things, I guess. Is Rutters still the only source for tele control plates with an angled switch?

StewMac sells them. They are actually on sale at the moment. eBay is another good source.

Rock Rabbit. They make them in titanium (way too much cash) and aluminum. I like em. You could probably buff the aluminum ones out to a chrome like finish w Mothers metal polish or the like.
