Ok, this what happens when an Uber driving, gig guy watches too much TV ( was already doing that pre CV!)

But if you actually pay attention to what is really happening in the Reeses ( PB Cup) Easter EGG ad, it's kinda pervy!

The chocolate bunny is basically tiptoeing towards an unknowing jar of peanut butter, with carnal intentions, and it sure doesn't look romantic,.
Was there a relationship before the Egg?

God, I need a gig, and this just started

I guess you haven’t seen the Red Bull commercial with the dog that has “relations” and spawns dogs with wings.
    That one is pretty suggestive

Those dang Reese’s are dang addictive! I know that!

Is this a "which came first question".
The peanut butter or the egg?

I think I have seen the Red Bull one!
Got some mini Reeses Eggs at home right now-
The eggs and Christmas Tree ones too, are awesome as they are alway fresh!

Definitely a top 5, (or maybe better) ' candy bar' for me- it may be my #1!

ok. the topic has been breached. I have an observation about reece's peanut butter cups that I've noticed since I was a kid and I trust the mighty TDPRI brain trust will have some insightful wisdom.

I have noticed that the peanut butter in the candy bar can be of two types. sometimes, it is sort of dry and of a peculiar gray-brown color. other times, it is brown, somewhat oily, and looks just like peanut butter you get in a jar.

I don't know if they really taste different from each other because I have never had one of each to try at the same time. I would say they must not taste too radically different because I would notice that.

am I the only one who has ever noticed this? if not, does anyone have any explanation? can I write to reece's and order my preference? is there perhaps some secret marking on the wrapper that indicates which one you're getting?

I've noticed that, and I just assumed it reflected the "age" of the candy.....fresh is "gooey-er" and older is "dryer". Maybe?

Whatever happened to the special edition Reese's with peanut butter AND banana creme? The Elvis ones. Those were great!

    Never new about those!
I've tried the White Chocolate ones ( I dig white chocolate!) and have tried the dark chocolate ones.

I do like eggs the best as you get a ton of fresh PB inside - even the minis have a great PB to chocolate ratio
The Christmas Tree ones are like seeing God!

    * I had a girlfriend in HS ( 1970's) once give me a huge foil-wrapped Hershey's Kiss ( like 2lbs.?)

I've come to the conclusion that the special shapes seasonally marketed that differ in appearance than the standard cups, are different in taste. My wife and I both agree the "peanut butter" is a different ratio to the chocolate at the least. They're not the same in our opinion.

We only buy the hearts, rabbits trees etc. and not the standard cups everyone is used to.

While we’re on the subject, can I please implore everyone to pronounce the name of this candy correctly?

It’s a possessive of the name Reese.

    Reese - is

    It is not pronounced “Reesies.”

I even hear some say “Reesy Cup”.

If you were in a band with Reese Wynans playing keys, you would say “This is Reese’s keyboard.” I hope you would not say “This is Reesies keyboard.”

The Reese's Thins are, to my taste, the absolute perfect ratio of chocolate to peanut butter.

The only big fail from Reese’s is the pieces. There’s no chocolate. Is it because peanut butter M&M’s beat them at their own game?

You know why the Easter bunny hides his eggs? He doesn't want anyone to know he's been with a chicken.
