There is a very old thread here covering the same question (circa 2013), but I believe a new one is warranted.

Can anyone give me some options for a good tube amp tech or repair shop in the greater Denver area? Anywhere along the front range works though, Denver through Fort Collins. (I'll only make the drive to the Springs if I absolutely must...)

Thanks in advance for your contributions!

I had good luck (a few years ago) with Sound Electronic Service, 6429 Miller St., Arvada, Co. One man shop, call ahead. Proprietor (Tom) fixed my Fender Deluxe Reverb (no power); had a blown secondary fuse. Reasonably priced.

Scooter Barnes is the name that pops up on facebook when this question gets asked. Or if you're feeling adventurous, bring it by my place.

His store has been closed for several years, but I saw him post a hack-modded Deluxe Reverb on craigslist in 2018. No idea how one would get ahold of him.

I have heard good things about Sound Electronic Service.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. Anyone else have anything for me?

You might check with Peter at Vacuum Tube Supplies in Denver. Nice guy with years of experience. Authorized Fender, Marshall, Vox etc.

He is still around but unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer. He's undergoing treatment and isn't currently taking on any new work afaik.
