    I listened to PBs Better Days last night. Great band with some of the best that Woodstock had to offer at the time.

    I got to see Amos when he was playing in The Great Speckled Bird with Ian and Sylvia. He and the late Buddy Cage were fantastic together, one of the best country rock bands ever. I also caught Amos doing a few bar gigs. He was always impressive.

    The word was that Robbie Robertson put the break from " Georgia " on an endless tape loop and listened to it repeatedly. Also , much to my surprise, I've read that Amos doesn't improvise but always plans his breaks in advance.
