    Hi!
What do you think about this options?
I know there not many reviews of the AO series but what do you think about their specs?
    Are they similars?
If you want to play jazz and pop songs which of them mach better?
    Thanks

    Assuming you mean teles...

I don't play jazz or pop, so can't really speak to that... but I'd go AO. The neck specs are similar to my strat and tele. I like Nitro. Specifically, I'd grab the 60's AO tele with the 64 graybottom pups... if my Tele wasn't an AVRI 64 with the same (and they're awesome), I'd be scrambling to try to get one in Sunburst.

But that's me, and you're you. I'm sure the American Pro is a fine guitar. Play a few of each and go from there. Happy hunting!

It's all taste guspin. I'd probably grap a AO tele as I like the feel of nitro, but I'd be happy with a PRO too :)

Once they come to your country try them both .. unlike the CS 50s you asked about stuff they will hang in the stores (And I'm sure a 50s AO will make you happy)

Thanks! yes I am speaking about Teles!
I agree with you that the AO will make me happy.
What if I get and old AV 52?
I could see in stock some of them in GC and Davis

+1 Go with an AO Telecaster.
This is my opinion...I had an Am Pro Telecaster and it was disappointing. Quality was fantastic but the sum of all parts was not my cup of tea. I now have an AV'52 Telecaster but if I didn't an AO Telecaster would be in my mitts.

The AV 52 is a great guitar, but if you don't like the vintage 7.25" radius, then it may not be for you. The AO looks like a great option if you like the AV, but would prefer a flatter radius fingerboard.

The question you need to ask yourself is do you prefer a vintage 7.25" radius or the more modern familiar Fender 9.25" radius. Both have the large "U" neck.

I don't know nuthin' about nuthin', but I chose the American Elite over the American Professional, specifically because I thought the tones from that amazing noiseless neck pickup (and Blues Junior) were just perfect for jazz and chord noodling. I tried both, and thought the Elite was much more refined (perhaps restrained), and the 'Tele twang' was less in my face. It's all in how you play, I guess.

Edited - wrote 'Original' where I meant Professional - corrected above. Apologies.

Not played either, but from the specs if I had my choice I'd go AO. That is if you don't mind paying more, they always say 'you get what you pay for'.

I'd go AO '60s. I like the "deep C" neck of the Pro, but that's about where it ends for me. "Medium-jumbo" frets are vastly preferable to the "narrow-tall." Double-bound lake placid blue? I mean...come on! It just doesn't get better. Personally, I'd rarely miss the 22nd fret. The stock bridge is more....mojo-y? I know mojo is all in the head, but I'm unabashedly okay with that. Vintage tuners...sometimes I wonder why anyone thought tuners needed improving past the '60s. Lol. And honestly, the v-mod pickups are super sterile, IMO.

I don't like modern refinements, so I would go American Original.

I've grown to really like the Pro neck.

I would go for an AO tele personally. If you can get an AV that would be even better but that’s my personal taste and preference.

Testing them yourself will be the answer I believe.
