Dude, this is the richest entity in planet Earth. The picture is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Just goes to show how niche this stuff is to the average person, and how completely out of their depth a retailer is when they try to specialize with only their size and checkbook in their favor.

Yeah, I don’t blame any cameraman (person?). This was the fault of the manager in charge of the department.

It is all about color distribution. That is where the tone is.

Belinda Carlisle did the same for “Circle in the Sand”.

Bezos can(and has) undercut anyone until he dominates the market he's going after.

    Delayed gratification.

Take a loss until the competitors go out of business.

I'm trying to not order from amazon anymore.

How do you use the pedals at the back without stomping all over the ones in front? Must need tiny little feet.

Behringer is countering with $19 pedals. Now if they can work on delivery time and rip off a few more designs to beef up their offerings.

Like a lot of products right now, they're probably sitting in a ship off the coast of California waiting to be unloaded.

As for designs, they've discontinued a lot of good ones. I don't know if that was due to costs or legal reasons though. If they want "new" designs they can go over to pedal DIY forums and find just about whatever they want so far as analog circuits go.

I wonder if I could sidle up to them in a kayak and get my backordered pedals.

Chibsons aren't even, close to the same as Monoprice. Monoprice was founded in California. Chibsons weren't.

I think just Sweetwater has them for $20. So, that'd be Sweetwater countering, wouldn't it? I've been unable to find them for $19 anywhere except Sweetwater. Amazon? Psshhtt. $75 or more for Behringer. Another Behringer I saw on Amazon last week was. $130. A BEHRINGER EQ700.

And no other website has then for $19 that I can find. I looked, hoping I could find someone with them in stock. Anything in stock wasn't $19 though.

Side note: if anybody ordered those pedals from Sweetwater, they're scheduled to go out this week. We'll see if that schedule changes at all but that's what I was told about 3 weeks ago. 2nd week of March.

But do they make them in left-foot versions?

It turns out that the Amazon Basics pedals are made by NU>X. They're cheap, but far from being junk. Whether you'd prefer that your money to go to Amazon or some other manufacturer/seller is a personal decision.

In a photo studio that does a lot of product shots like this, the person in charge of setting up the shot is called a stylist. Their job is to make the shot look good to the art director (unlikely they'd have one on a shot like this), and then the photographer lights and shoots it. I see a checkerboard with monochromes vs. colors. The stylist probably has some requirement to make the Amazon logos on the cables read correctly. Chicken dinner for Alex_C.
