Am I the only one nerdy enough to get excited about this?

I have the tuner option covered X 3 already. I'll save the $129.

I have a PolyTune clip (which I don't like) a PolyTune pedal (which I do like). That won't stop me geeking off to one of these. My OCD needs it. :)

my nerdocity is budget constrained. At the reported price of $129, no go. Pretty flashing lights, though. Shiny!

    I didn’t feel any movement. I guess it’s ok. A little steep.

I think it's brilliant.... especially for those that have sweetened tunings for multiple instruments. At a glance (via color) I can recognize if I'm on the correct preset for my DOBRO, GUITAR, BANJO, PEDAL STEEL, etc.... There isn't a lot of detail on the features right now, but I'd be interested in knowing whether or not you can load custom presets (tunings) or if you only get a set number of tunings included like the clip model I have.

I guess if you only play guitar the cost might seem a little steep, but if you play multiple instruments the Peterson and it's offsets (aka, sweetened tunings) are worth every penny... especially when you can customize those.

I'm sure it's very nice, but that price is way more than I'll spend for a tuner.

    Yes, I'm a cheapskate.

It's about the same price as a Sonic Research ST-300. I'd guess street price might be a little cheaper.

Of interest only to those TELE players who know what 6-string intonation means.

Looks cool, but I have an older Strobostomp, got tired of mucking with it, got lazy and bought a roadie 2 tuner. Anyone want to buy a strobostomp cheap?

    The big display is nice.

Trying to tune in the sun makes me really glad I have ears.

What was wrong with the old style Strobostomp?
