Well I spent the last year looking online for a nitro finished tele in Olympic White in my price range. Lots of lovely relic’ed custom shop options but saw nothing i could afford in a year.

so after reading lots of positive reviews i‘ve decided to go for a new American Professional II. Looks like Fender have added a few nice touches like the rolled finger board edges.

I would have loved an American Original but the colour options don’t suit me. My AO Jazzmaster is lovely.

The dealer has two and they’ll pick the best. Hopefully it’s the lighter one! Very exciting. It’s my first Fender tele. Used to gig with a squire in the 90’s and have built plenty but really like the current Fenders.

That's sweet. Love the Tortoiseshell pickguard! I also like that Peach Guitars have started showing weights on their inventory, like Sweetwater does.

Nice Telecaster. I also like Olympic White. I hope you realize the Professional series guitars are not nitro finished. Aside from that, I'm sure you'll like it.

I do yes! After a year of looking I've just decided not to worry about the poly finish.

They're just literally a five minute drive from me. I've bought a few guitars from them over the past few years. Always get a great service from them.

    Beautiful!

The Pro series seems to check all the right boxes for many players. I'm sure you'll be happy with your choice for a very long time.

    Congratulations!

FYI! Very Nice, but just wanted to clue you in about Bridge. String Holes are above the Mount Screws, unlike the old Classic one we grew up on, which are below Screws. Nice Bridge and you shouldn't need to change it. Just change Saddles if not the Compensated Style. Love It!

Thanks. That seems like an improvement in that you can remove the bridge without having to move the saddles position?
