Got the pick guard cut out today. I made the fit so tight around the neck the neck PU and if i bevel the edge near the control plate it will hold in place nice with no screws so i'ts optional. It's a tough call with or without.

Here is another clip of my friend Brian playing it spun around to the single coil in the bridge position straight into a Peavey Classic 30.

What an incredible build! You've got the total package here, beautiful wood, a great idea that you've stuck with and made work beautifully, great craftsmanship, and it sounds fantastic!

Thanks Rob! The audio didn't come through half bad with my lil canon powershot in video mode. Its my first time using the Rio Grande p/u's The Muy Grande bridge is said to have a lil thicker tone more defined mids and a slight roll off on the highs than normal and with the 1 piece mahogany back that warms it a bit to. I'm really digging these pups so far.

Thanks Rick! I gave it my best shot I was really blessed with some nice wood and somehow that disk really pulled togther in the end

Thanks man! :D Im really happy with how this turned out and somewhat relived too :)

Thank you Kwerk!! That really means alot! I have always looked up to your builds as a great source of inspiration. :D

    Thank you :D

Wow guys thanks so much i'm truly overwhelmed. :D

I had kinda hoped to get the P90 disk done before the 22nd but i have so many other things i have kinda neglected over the last couple months im just not going to have the time and for some reason no one seems to carry P90 pickups around here.

I will try to get the tone cap mod done in the next couple days. The mini toggle i have is on/off/on, I need to pickup a on/on/on so i can switch between .047 -.033- .022 uf if i can find one locally in time.

You could run a .022 straight and stick a .01 on one side of your switch and another .022 on the other to get a similar effect with the switch you have. I mainly use ceramic caps and often run them in series or parallel to achieve the values I'm after and it seems to work well.
