    howdy!

I put an Allparts SMO FAT neck on my last build and I like it a lot.

I am considering the Warmoth Fatback, are they similar?

Warmoth has zero taper. Is heel thickness to the nut. I like em!

I have a tro fat that is big and pretty comfortable.
Which Warmoth has the big V shape?
I have a 3x3 Warmoth hombre with a thick V I bought used I am getting ready to use for the first time. Excited to see how I like a big V. Never used it.
The AllParts is large at first, but after 10-15 minutes I don’t notice and my hand doesn’t cramp.

The measurements are the same on both - no taper, 1" - 1" at the first and twelfth frets. I don't know if there's a difference at the shoulders, my only experience is with fat necks has been the Allparts (and I love it), but if I recall correctly Warmoth was good about answering questions when I ordered a neck from them years ago. They're probably aware of the Allparts FAT and might be able to tell you if there's any difference besides optional things like nut width, fret size, etc., that you can customize on Warmoth.

It’s the boatneck that is fat but has a V shape.
    That’s what I have.
Warmoth site says same thickness as the fatback but smaller shoulders.

The fatback is a full C shape. Could just make out some faded letters in the wood.... Lou.sv.lle S.ugg.r or something like that

You should check out the musikraft blackguards. A number of profiles based on actual blackguard necks. I have serial # 3912 a 1953 baseball bat neck. It rocks!
