Allen Encore

I had David build me an Encore head last year.

I run it thru my 66 Bassman cab with the original C12N Jensen's.

Sounds fantastic.

Does anyone know if the Encore has harmonic tremolo? The description says "brown-era tube tremolo" so I am assuming so but want to double check. Also, if that is correct, is that the only Allen offering with harmonic trem?

I think it's bias tremolo, not harmonic.

It is bias trem in the Encore.

My review of the Allen Encore kit I built with dual 6L6's. The tremolo is very lush, tube based, and is implemented by modulating the bias of the output tube grids.
