    Any fans here ?

I always like listening to 'Eighteen' as that was one of the covers my first band used to do (when we were in our teens)!

Our guitarist used to struggle with that one a bit though!

Meh I don't mind, seems close enough to me.

I do like Alice Cooper, one of the best gigs I ever went to was one of his

I do remember hunting high and low for the 7" of Under My Wheels when it came out. He was smoking hot round that time. Had a great band too.

They were the coolest. I remember watching them on Don Kirshners Rock Concert.

I just bought 'Schools Out' on CD (Ebay). I'm after some of the earlier albums now.

Bit of a nostalgia thing. But I do dig old Alice!

I have more albums of his than any other artist, long time fan.
The reason he is still going strong is the strength of his writing imo, head and shoulders above most other bands, fantastic lyrics and melodies plus of course he has had some world class guitar players over the years.

I wore out a vinyl copy of Billion Dollar Babies. He can't actually sing, but he sure knows how to have fun.

yeh, schools out and then billion dollar babies came out.... there was so much good music coming out back then... we didn't have time to listen to any "old" music....

we played that lots... on scratchy little sony portables..... we often had to use the coin on the stylus as lp's wore out/got scratched at parties... :)

    1975 My first band.

We were 15-17 Year olds, barely able to play our way through Johnny B Good or Jumpin jack Flash

Our guitarist insists on doing 'Eighteen'

And somehow we learned to play that better than the easy s***t.

    Go figure:confused:
