That has to be one of the worst "photoshops" I've seen!
This looks like the concept art for the actual photo.
The white margin around the band is disastrous in its own right,
but the size of the car barreling down on them is something else!
Just compare it to the size of the actual cars parked by the side of the road!
Looks legit!

Cool concept though! I just wish it was executed with some
amount of skill.
