    Hey Guys.

I'm back after a long hiatus. Looking to build an amber '72 Custom type number with a regular sized humbucker at the neck. I'm gonna go for a non relic'd finish but I'd love to find some aged hardware. Their used to be a place (GR Guitars) that had great aged hardware packages but I think they're out of the business. You could even choose between really aged and mildly aged. Bummed that they're gone.

Anyone know of any other places to get that stuff?

    Thanks guys.

Why not have a go yourself?

I believe nickle parts can be aged in vinegar, stop when you have the shade you want.

Buy nickel parts and sweat them in muriatic acid fumes for around 10 to 15 mins.
Most of the suppliers aged stuff looks pretty average to sub par imo.
