Acoustic bridge placing question

    OK so not strictly Tele related, however, Im building a CGB with resonator at 25 1/2 inch scale length and am concerned about getting the bridge in the best position possible.

    So ignore the reso bit for now, in your experience how far from the nut would an acoustic bridge be from the nut, I know its not exactly 25 1/2, Gimme a clue boys n girls......

    hi paul, I referred to this and it works perfectly on a 25" scale acoustic

    practically the compensation works well at for the center of the saddle sitting at "scale+3,8mm", you can fine tune about 2mm adjusting the saddle top where the strings sit

    Stewmac calculator will get you close enough for fine tuning intonation on the saddle.
