    ...also spotted on my Beaulieu trip, this '58 MGA Twin Cam Roadster in red. I didn't quite have the £36k available at the time so passed on it. Just right for English country lanes in the Summer.

    Other MGAs are nice, but that's the top of the heap.

    Yes, and all original if I recall. Had been babied in South Africa so rather more friendly to the paintwork than damp old blightly.

    108 or 100 horsepower (9.9 vs 8.3 compression) in a car that small and light would have been a fun drive. All of us Yanks are thinking the steering wheel is on the wrong side though.

    My mother had MGA, back in the '60's. I have the vaguest memory of it. I had an MGB decades later. Neither one was as pretty as this one.
