After we had concluded the business she asked "do I know you from somewhere before? Are you into music?" so I assumed she knew me from a previous band I had played in. But no, she remembered me from when she worked in a record store in the 1980's and she remembered me coming in and talking music...but here's the thing...I DID like music but the real reason that I went to that store so much was that I liked one of the girls who worked there. I never did ask that girl out and I don't think my client is that girl, but I'm not sure. Should I call my client and ask her? Would that be cool? Would that be professional? She brought it up so she remembered me which is weird unless she liked me too back then.

    She had cute grandkids.

    Should I call her?

That would be neither cool nor professional.

"Client?" Unless you're a gynecologist I'd say go for it. What do you have to loose the clock is ticking:cool:

A couple of replies have touched on this....but I'm gonna come right out and ask......what kind of "client" are we talking about? Are you Richard Gere from American Gigolo?

Ask if she has a boyfriend. If so, ask if he rides a Harley.

Does this mean she’s divorced now or never married, op mentioned grandkids, or is she Still married?

I think it depends what you think you will get out of it and the pros and cons

If it’s just a testosterone fantasy I might leave it at that

If there’s no harm then go for it

You know what you wanna do you just want a confirmation from all of us

Also it depends on the business, like mentioned, if your a therapist or work at a rehab anything medical related or something similar I’d say no way!

The romantic in me wants to say something positive and uplifting.

The cold heartless husk of soul I keep locked in a mouldering root cellar at the bottom of an abandoned well sez,

Fairy tales, when told in their original form, end very badly.
