    Gutted!
I laid in bed this morning reading this thread from the start, always enjoying Micks builds, SWMBO kept asking "are you likely to get up today", "yes dear, just gonna finish this thread and see what rhis guitar sounds like"....... No bloody sound clip!

    Fab build tho!

Anyone know of some free/cheap software (PC) that can align an audio recording from a Zoom H2 with an (I think) .avi video from a Canon camera?

    The camera's audio is terrible.

Reaper will let you shift tracks in tue edit window timeline.

There are also literally hundreds of free VST plugins you can use with Reaper to sweeten or even surgically repair/destroy audio.

Hi Nick, just came across this thread, great build! I spent many (far too many) hours working on a carbon acoustic bass guitar with a sound board similar to yours. Have been out of OZ for a few years but now back in Brisbane. Perhap we could compare notes / share the insanity etc.

Sorry for the necro-bump, but I just came across this thread while doing research of my own, and read it from beginning to end, all in one shot. Whew!

Unbelievable and inspiring work. You helped make it seem very logical and accessible. I've done a bit of CF work, but nothing of this magnitude.

    Blown away.
