70's Twin Reverb extra white wire V4p7

    Been reserecting a fuse blowing mid 70's SF twin Reverb s/n A78325 with new caps, diodes, and a TR2 choke which shorted to ground.
    Why checking main eyelet board I found what appears to be an unused
    white wire highlighted in the photo. you can see from the photo that this eyelet has the correct components and another white wire goes off to V4A pin 7 as expected.
    Could this just be an extra white wire that a Fender assembler didnt need
    or does it look like a possible mod of some sort.
    As I mentioned, Im still waiting on a couple of caps but so far I have fixed the shorted B+ lines, replaced the shorted choke, new diodes, and everything
    looks normal and nearly ready to fire it up with 2 L6's to see what happens.
