is there any way to convert a 6-string bridge to a 12-string? i've got a non-trem strat bridge just sitting around, and i'd like to use it for my upcoming 12-string tele build. thoughts?

You can get the Gotoh 12 string bridge as used on the Stratocaster 12 for $40 from Warmoth. This bridge allows you to intonate each individual string.

I used the saddles from this bridge and added toploader holes in my MIM Standard bridge ...................

The Gotoh 12-string bridge is basically a hardtail Strat bridge, but I don't know if the saddles are available separately...

Actually Tim I didn't. I edited my post to add the Gotoh bridge picture. You posted it first.
