Yes, I would like $6000 please.
Omnidirectional finish? What in the actual heck is that? Does a Strat now offer the ability to alter light waves?
Will it disappear and reappear mid solo?
That's only $250 per month with the 0% 24 month financing!
Makes me think of the genius of Navin R. Johnson and the 'Opti-Grab'.
Now that you put it like that (puts Fingerhut catalog down on end table).
Oh, the morpho butterfly...
Fender needs to do a tele based on something practical like the ‘05 Camry XLE.
Richlite Fretboard, Urethane, Black hardware, Noiseless pups..... I'll give them maybe $300
The case sounds nice.
Hard pass +1
You could get a Pre CBS Fender for that, I've seen two Jaguars and several Duosonics, Musicmasters etc... For a lot less you could get something modern that is fantastic.
Richlite. Formica by any other name?
I actually really like the styling overall. The laminate pick guard is cool. And the single V and T control. With the black hardware and can knobs. I don’t dig the co-branding and whoever buys it won’t be a guitar player but if that guitar was hanging on a shelf it would catch my eye.
Just like the Fender record player threads, y’all act like Fender doesn’t know their market.
A bolt-on neck, solid body, painted blue. $600.00 tops.
Time for a tone thread
I wonder what Leo would think of that. I don’t think of him as a Lexus kind of guy. According to the biography of Leo written by his wife, he liked to eat at Sizzler.
That’s half a Lexus lease payment with $6000 up front. Waddya Kidd in’ me? But at least at the end of the lease you keep the guitar.
But it gets me thinking. Maybe I need a Master Built Strat to match my ride.
It would be easy to keep doing this off overpriced guitar ads, so I won't and this will be my last. That said.....
I've bought three guitars there (Wildwood) and a Boogie Mark V, as they're just down the road, but I've often wondered.. do they have people from all over the world buying from them online on a regular basis, or is this a front for laundering money? I'm being somewhat facetious but it's insane the number of guitars, and their cost, they actually have on site.
