This rather took my eye near where I was staying on a short break. Tyrolite (for the Caolifornian market, aparently). Good colour for a Tele, non?

I had 2 MGAs. Fun cars on a cool spring day. The chrome wheels look so out of place on that car, they should be painted.

I like that color, but it's not original for my 1960. When I repaint, it will be dove grey.

Gorgeous, closest I came was owning a couple of Midgets from 1978, fun cars but the MGA has long been a dream of mine.

I had a 75 midget. Fun car, but the MGB was better. MGA's are super classy and reminds me of the old Jaguars and Austin Healy.

Yeah color is nice but I like my English cars from that ear in muted colors like dove gray.

Yes and normally fitting for the climate, of course. But this one was specifically for the Cali market where the surf type colour works a treat, and it was a really hot sunny day when I visited so this worked for me. I have to say a Tele in that colour, with dark rosewood would get my attention too.

I've never seen an MGA in Tyrolite before. Must be very rare in a home market car.

    And that coupe...another rare bird.

And, with all due respect to your other post, rze99, thank God they're not Triumphs. ;)

That is a beautiful car, and I'm really fond of this color, LOL.

I bought a pile of parts that's supposed to be a red 64 Midget. If I ever get around to putting it all together thar wold be a cool color.
Red Midgets are pretty boring. :)

In the early '70s my girlfriend had a silver MGA. Needed work, but it was a fun car, and great handling. She lived in Hermosa Beach, and we had lovely drives down PCH or into Hollywood.
