52 Hot Rod on its way!!

    WOO HOOO! I dropped the hammer and bought a 52 hot rod tele. I'm so excited. I got a great deal. $1200 on Craigslist. Comes with SEALED case candy bag. Feel like a little kids on Chrsitmas eve.

    Thanks to all the posts on this site that assited me in make an informed purchase

    I do not own one of these yet but I can tell you whenever I go into a guitar shop that is the first guitar I look for. I have played many and they all are AWESOME!!! From the electronic's to the action...UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

    dang!!

    I've come ** THAT ** close to pulling the trigger a couple times ... once right before the price increase, then again recently after the new price drops. :D

    my only consolation is that I'm having a thinline built with a mini hum in the neck.

    enjoy ... I think the HR series are real players, and I'd play the crap outta that!

    Congrats man. In my opinion that's a steal of a price for good an instrument it is. I grabbed one brand new before the price hike, but didn't bond immediately with it. Got a good setup and now I can't put it down! Spend some time with it man.... you will love it.

    Exactly what i did, and what happened! Did not bond with it, and was playing my partscaster. now its my #1
