50's vs modern wiring explained

Hi everbody,

Pretty often the topic about 50's vs. modern wiring appears. Usually the answer is something like "I like this or that better" or something like "50's is brighter"... While all this might be correct, it's not covering the whole thing perfectly. I´ve randomly came across the following video regarding this topic which gives a pretty damn good explanation and demo...

That's pretty interesting stuff. I converted my tele to 50s wiring a while back, because I play with my amp cranked and the guitar turned down. I didn't know that the tone control kind of works in reverse though!
