Over the holiday weekend, I ended up sitting on a Lowes 5 gal Water Cooler and noticed these are the perfect height for guitar playing! I thought to myself, I must have one and mod it for guitar goodness. I would of course have to add a cushion to the lid. I could use the inside for beer, but I could also use it for storage of cables, microphones, strings, picks, slides, etc. I could also tier the inside for multi-level storage. I was also thinking of getting a roll up harmonica "case" and attaching velcro to the outside of the cooler for easy access while playing. Maybe some additional hooks for capos and a slide. I wonder if I could somehow incorporate foot-stomp-box for bass sounds into the cooler. Possibly involving a pickup and input/output to PA.

You guys have any other ideas?

Depends on how much you weigh.

I'm right at 200 pounds, and I've had one of those fail while I was sitting on it. It folded in on the side and creased, and sent me to the floor. I wasn't playing guitar at the time. I think I was throwing trash into the bonfire.

You could probably get a diminutive groupie in there.

Hell you could even keep cold beer in it!

I downloaded your music from your bands website and play it in my workshop when I'm making sawdust. Good stuff!!!!

If someone in the audience yells, "You guys suck!" You can blame it on the vacuum.

If you have a pool, You can use empty Power Powder Shock containers and they have a ridge so you won't slide off. Depending on your inseam, you can choose the 25lb or 50lb container. Decorative white.

Beer inside, butt on top... What's more perfect than that?

I just knew you couldn't resist chiming in on this one!

Remember, this thing has a built in spigot!

Because of course I couldn't! A guitar throne that houses beer sounds like wonderful in tangible form to me.
