Manticore FX Hylonome (klone), Snouse Blackbox V.2 (Marshall Bluesbreaker), Stomp Under Foot Civil Unrest (civil war muff with a mids knob that I season it with just a little, because I love the OG voice of the CW muff)

I may sub my trusty BFsmallbox Rat for the Klone just because I've been craving rude 80s snarl.

Abominable Electronics Hellmouth

The Hellmouth actually belongs to a friend of mine, but its a great modded tubescreamer circuit. You can switch between TS9 or 808, plus theres a boost to switch from the silicon diodes to LEDs. Its got more bass than a regular Tubescreamer. It's a very cool pedal.

Don't ponder much on it , just 3 that jump out to you off the top of your head as sounding nice and ballsy

Seymour Duncan Twin Tube Classic
MXR Super Badass
MHP Evelyn

Carl Martin Plexitone (AIAB)
TS-808 (ballsy in a low drive type of way)
Wampler Ratsbane (Rat) with two awesome improvements

1. BC108 Fuzz Face
2. Rat (currently a Jam Pedals Rattler)
3. A mid centric boost or low gain OD for the first two… would love to try a Rangemaster for this…🤔

I’m down to zero since I posted in this thread 6 and a half years ago unless you count my ZOOM mfx box: I still have the three I posted before but haven’t plugged into em for over two years…

My Blues Driver is my #1 dirt pedal because of its overdrive, guitar Volume knob cleanup, and real range of those 3 knobs.

But for ballsy, really cuts through with distortion and sustain, I'm going with my cheapo Biyang Rat clone.

After reading through this thread, it is apparent that I need a RAT pedal. That pedal made a whole bunch of peoples top three!

As for me, I only have four dirt pedals. One is ModTone fuzz that I really don’t like very much. So the other three are by default, my top three!

The MXR Classic Overdrive is great in front of my Marshall DSL. The Boss Metal Zone works great for that over the top distortion when you use it in an effects loop or straight into a mixer or DAW. It’s almost like an amp simulator. The Mod Tone Speedbox is new to me, so I don’t really have a valid opinion yet. It seems like a pretty good pedal though.
