I don't think the Eagles use him enough. He has height, speed, good hands and toughness. Full disclose: my kid grew up playing ball with Riley since they were 8 yrs old. He was the same person then as he is now  ... but his parents were vey nice

also heard the colts were in the race for frank gore...then saw a clip that the eagles will be signing him...we'll see tomorrow

FWIW, I liked Hoyer a lot better than Mallet when they were each with the Pats. Mallet has a great arm, but can't seem to run an offense.

Could be worth it, but you probably won't see it in Suh's stat line.

His ability to disrupt should result in sacks and hurried passes, turnovers etc, but his team mates may be the recipient of those defensive stats.

I don't particularly like QB's, but, I would think they would be the bread-winner for
most organizations. Yea, nice have a defensive line, but, if you can't get the ball
    down the field...what the hey?

It's very difficult to win in the NFL without a top tier QB.

Seattle is stacked. They might be in trouble when they have to pay Wilson though.

Eagles and Rams swap picks in that QB deal. Eagles now possess the 10th pick...another sign leading to Mariota?

Also, Adam Kaplan reports that there's mutual interest between the Eagles and DeMarco Murray.

yeah...with the stuff he is doing it looks to me like he'll go for mariota...as you said they moved up 10 spots...wont be as bad to swap with higher up picks as swapping with a 10 slot is better than swapping with the 20 slot

and a guy on the nfl network said...even if the eagles arent interested in murray maybe they can say they are and drive up murrays price and then dallas wont be able to resign him  that would be funny

Well we got that trade all wrong. Foles for Bradford, but the Eagles are giving up more...no first round picks involved at all.

I can't imagine Bradford starting here. If that's the case, the Eagles got fleeced in my opinion.

Yeah I'm not understanding that one... time will tell.

Saints send Graham and 4th rounder to Seattle for center Unger and a first rounder... Hmmmmm....

I think the Bradford thing is one of two things: trade bait as they go up to get Mariota (which will not be a good idea) or Sanchez is the trade bait for the mariota quest and bradford will be the backup.

either way, it is mariota that they want.

Jeff Fisher just wants someone who isn't hurt.

The graham trade makes a lot of sense... for the saints.

Makes absolutely no sense. The Eagles already had a bad quarterback, Sanchez, and now they trade for a quarterback just as bad who, as a bonus, is injured all the time.

Chip Kelly is a smart guy and he’s already proven himself as far as I’m concerned but this makes you wonder. Apparently they think they can get/keep Bradford healthy and provide the offense he needs to be productive. I don’t see how they can land Mariotta.

Good luck keeping Bradford healthy behind that offensive line. They couldn't keep Foles upright and Sanchez got beat up regularly.
